Palmora is built around hands-on development, so formal sales experience is not required. We look for people who are professional, coachable and motivated to grow. Team members learn communication, client representation, business objectives, performance and leadership on the job.
We develop team members through three roles: Management Trainee, Retail Sales Representative and Marketing Associate. Each role has clear standards and a defined path toward greater responsibility.
Our office is at 205 Regency Executive Park Dr, Charlotte, NC 28217, and our teams support client campaigns across the Charlotte–Mecklenburg metro area.
Most team members start as a Management Trainee, Retail Sales Representative or Marketing Associate, build performance and communication skills in the field, then move into coaching and team responsibility as their results and standards earn it.
Yes. Leadership events, market visits, networking opportunities, company retreats and professional development experiences give team members the chance to build their network and grow beyond day-to-day responsibilities.
